Persistent Settings Hotfix — Transliminal: Beyond The Backrooms Steam update #1009963

This fixes the bug that would reset custom settings to default whenever starting a new save file or loading a different saved game. This had me scratching my head for months. It turns out it was a game variable initialization script that was treating saved game data as though it were unique per saved file. Glad to put this one behind me and allow you keep the settings you prefer.
