Minor Demo Update — Blinding Oversight Steam update #1019966

Hey everyone, I've done a few minor changes to the User Interface of the demo: The resolution selection is now a dropdown list instead of a horizontal selector. Added a brightness bar to change the gamma of the game. The difference will be pretty minor. A very bright scene would not match with the intended atmosphere of the game.
