What Changed:Demoralize can now only be used in regions where your own ideology is the majority.When used, it heavily lowers all rival parties' relations with your core group by 15 (up from 5).(Note : AI bots will temporarily not use this action while we test the new design)Why It Matters: Fully converting and holding a region now has real strategic value.
