Patch #4: Increased EXP and Improvements! — Key To Heaven Steam update #102400

Balancing * Until February 15th, the following is active: All new/old characters that have not seraphed (are mortal/x0) will have exp boost x2 until level 70! All characters that are x1 seraph, will always have 50% more exp until level 70! Characters at or above x2 reborn/seraph, will not have any boost. * Island 2 and island 3 exp increased. * Pet damage has been increased. * All bows now shoot the same distance. * Assassin range is increased and all assassin weapons shoot the same distance. * Dogs, chicken, cat are now kill'able and they all drops pets. * Experience from all Vanguards are increased (1 unique raid that exist on all islands). * Rebalanced some stuff.
