Update notes for version 686 — Rolling Realms Steam update #1026316

My goal is to bring to life a game I love in a new medium and your feedback is really, really helpful in helping me do that for you. Working on any game is a more difficult job than you might imagine, and as just one guy the task is even more difficult. This project is primarily a labor of love for me - I have approached every decision along the path with the priority of making the experience as nice as possible for as many people as possible, and I will be continuing to work on Rolling Realms so that I can deliver on that goal.
