HotFix 1.5a — Game Dev Masters Steam update #1027684

Small hotfix patch to address a couple of issues. -Perks in Office 2/3 could not be given out correctly without respecing first. it will now let you give out points correctly -Hype Perk in office 2 was setup incorrectly and didn't give credit for the skill, but took the perk point away. -Fixed couple typos One player managed to lock every worker in auto training. Without the ability to stop them from working. No one has been able to replicate this, and I can not figure out how he managed to cause this issue. To be safe until this is found, if you press "X" it will cancel all workers auto training. If people enjoy using a skill for this I might just add it as a feature to demand workers stop / cancel all auto / issue mass training type commands. For now if you have any issues with auto training use the X key to stop auto training and they will stop after that program concludes. Hopefully,...
