Hot-Fix For Game Update V0.0.3H — Project: SnowBound© Steam update #1035

Basically, just a hot-fix for the most recently updated patch. Changes In This Update: • Removed extra tutorial button that was still next to login button. • Loading screen was getting stuck while in solo-mode. Added a change to fix that. • BZ-00 (Tutorial NPC) did not have a collider (now it does) • BZ-00 (Tutorial NPC) had an incorrect name-tag (now it shows the correct name & title) • Quest Tracker was getting stuck in the tutorial -- This behavior was abnormal due to the way the tutorial mission was added to your mission queue when it was tracked. The tracking remnant is now removed upon completing the tutorial step. • Board Going Through Player -- This behavior was abnormal due to the way the "CLASSIC" board type was loaded. It worked for female characters, but the offset and size were incorrect for male characters. The offset has been corrected. • NPC Quest Markers - They should no...
