Enhancement: Improved the logic used to determine when to pinch hit for pitchers that are not tired. This update has the most impact for old-time seasons in which complete games were more common. The logic was updated to allow for pinch hitting for non-tired pitchers more often without impacting the number of complete games recorded during the season. Users should keep in mind that in older seasons, managers were more reluctant to go to the bull pen and this did have an impact on how often a manager would pinch hit for a pitcher that is not tired. You can always adjust the Bullpen Usage option in the Manger Profiles if you would like the CM to pinch hit for non-tired pitchers more often. Enhancement: Added a walk-off win special event.
