Changes to Parody and Streaming Guide — House of Rules Steam update #1041185

Hey guys! There have been some changes to the parody and streaming guide. We decided to allow uploading any endings of the full version including endings 19 and 20. New Parody and Streaming Guide: 1. House of Rules strictly bans game unpacking and game modification. 2. Fan art, cartoons, and parodies are allowed as long as the source is indicated, non-commercial, and does not damage the original. 3. Full version(v2.x.x): No limits for making and uploading videos or streaming, even containing the endings 19 and 20. 4.
