0.9.4.1 bugfix release — Mysterious Space Steam update #1046198

hello, internet. sorry it took me a while to get to this release. I was at a friend's wedding this weekend :) 0.9.4.1 fixes a couple bugs which some users were kind enough to report. the first - and most-important - was a game crash that affected anyone who had never played before, or who had deleted their Mysterious Space settings file! agk! this had to do with the new keybindings configuration introduced in the last update, and I'm embarrassed to have not caught it myself, during development! sorry about that! if you didn't ask Steam for a refund after that one, you're a more-patient gamer than I am :P the second fix had to do with the Alien Teleporter accessory. the game would crash if you used it to cross the seam of the level (the invisible line where a level's left edge and right-edge meet, giving the illusion of a circular level). I can't be 100% certain that the crash I found her...
