On March 22 (March 9 in the old calendar), Eastern and Southern Slavs have long celebrated Soroki—the day when, according to tradition, forty skylarks arrive, bringing warmth and awakening nature. People used to bake bird-shaped buns to welcome spring and leave the cold behind. We decided to celebrate this holiday as well and added something special to the game that symbolizes Soroki.
