Hotfix: 1.6.b — Haste Steam update #105750

Hi, I'm predictably back with a little hotfix for you! The team has been breathing a sigh of relief that nothing seems to have caught fire despite the size of the update! However, there were still some small issues to iron out. The team is also going to keep an eye out for issues that crop up and for feedback on the new items and balance changes over the weekend, so please keep sharing your thoughts on the new update, both if your feedback is positive and if it is... constructive! Features: Fragment Disruptions now have a setting allowing you to adjust their frequency between 0%-200% (defaults to 100% on all difficulties) Balance changes: Minor equalising of Fragment Disruptions to make some negative and positive versions of the same effect equally likely to appear (we're talking probability changes of 1-2% here, nothing to worry about) Fixes: Fixed the visuals for the new item Risk and ...
