Patch 1.3.c: Hotfix! — Haste Steam update #105753

Hi again, everyone! There were a couple of small issues that popped up following the latest patch, so the team has prepared a little hotfix. PATCH NOTES QoL You'll now be able to choose between playing the same seed or a new seed when you select Restart Shard! Fixes Another fix to Endless music, so that it avoids looping the same song. This one's a bit technical, but Endless music now also uses the Seed Random instead of... some other Random. (I'm sure these are words that make sense to game developers...) Item costs are now correctly reduced for the tutorial so there's no chance of being locked out of progressing!
