Resolve theater mode issues. by @DubyaDude in #150 Change how our vrmanifest is set up. Add an option to start with SteamVR. Add --kill-existing-instance startup argument to kill previous instances if a new instance is started with it. Change the URL creation process to not use the Steam URL solution if VRCX is an old version.
