Hotfix 1.07 — Reign of the Renegade Steam update #1060697

An assortment of stuff today! Chipping away before I go AFK for a while. Balance - Some glaring things, some smaller things: - Increased the minimum/maximum number of Shops per Act to 2/3, respectively. Shops used to be limited to only "good" floors (floors that only offer Smith/Rest/Shop/Oracle/Chest), but now a 3rd shop can spawn outside of these "good" floors - Chest will always contain at least gold - Padlock Artifact no longer locks chests, and instead of giving 0 XP, now gives 50% less XP - Key Artifact was buffed from 30>50% more gold from Chests - Slightly nerfed Electric Golem - Jester can no longer Freeze you - Nerfed Swift Strikes : Now only gives 1 NRG back instead of 2 (yeeeah it was a bit busted, but was fun while it lasted) - Gave Spear a set amount of Wounded.
