Hotfix 1.04 — Reign of the Renegade Steam update #1060700

Now that the dust has settled from release, I took a stab at balancing some overtuned enemies. In addition, the bugs start coming and they don't stop coming. Hoping to squash them all sooner or later! Enemy Balance: - Poison Bossilisk slightly nerfed - Piercer no longer Bleeds - i Elite starts combat with less thorns (10 > 6) - Knights start combat with less Counter (7 > 5) - Jester can no longer roll sleep Debuff - Removed 2x Knight 1x Keeper fight from Act 3 Easy encounter pool - Lyrus now has a crown Balance: - Action Buffs: Provoke, Orb - Action Reworks: Shed Armor - Drained Debuff nerfed from 7% max HP > 6% max HP - Slight Market price inflation (under the Renegade's orders, I don't make the rules) - Slight odds changes to a few ?
