Fixing a global achievement bug — My True North Steam update #1061580

And we're continuing our work. Today's agenda is an annoying issue with RenPy and Steam's less-than-perfect compatibility with achievements. Previously, they would unlock strangely, either all at once, or not at all. Now everything's fine. Since this bug extends beyond our game, we're leaving a short guide here that will be useful to both our players and others who encounter similar issues.
