Patch 1.0.4 — Bunches For Bart! Steam update #108016

A few very specific changes and additions, to further streamline a first playthrough. Fixed an out-of-bounds respawn that upon winning the game, would cause a visual glitch that teleported Bart to the previous obstacle. Added a tutorial prompt for the plastic tubes that only activates after passing a point on the mountain and falling back down. Added a condition for skipping the boss battle, if you reach it quickly enough. (to save speedrunners from repeating that part every run) Made the 'Bellyful of friendship...' achievement easier to earn, through removing one of the previous conditions. I doubt this'll make too much of a difference for people, but it's another step in the right direction!
