Winterfest recipe fixes: - Anyone receiving a recipe as loot will also receive an item for personal use - Stocking Hat is now properly mixable in Winterfest Shops - Festive Barrel recipe now findable on Winterfest adventures - Winterfest loot no longer awards Gold Bow Recipes, just awards Gold Bow Palettes - Recipes, items, and mixes now show the correct end dates, Jan 7 and Jan 14, unaffected by local time zones.
