Patch #2 - Quick Fixes — Junkyard Fury 3 Steam update #1083825

Made some quick fixes / adjustments to the game: - tool swapping can now be done inside user vehicles, before the number keys would lock out when entering. However certain tools will not be equip-able in a vehicle, being METs, HET Placers and Flashlights. Everything else should be equip-able in a vehicle though. - The area evaluation tool would auto complete if you never put it away and went to other areas after completing one, should be patched now. - Steering wheel in Posten user vehicle should move now. - exiting / entering vehicles, as well as shooting the stun gun in user vehicles, no longer initiates when paused. - pause menu no longer unmutes volume when going to settings.
