"Realism" Mode update and bug fixes — Wasted Shot Steam update #108827

- added new difficulty mode "Realism" in realism mode the player will have visible bullet holes on their character when they are shot and will have to manually heal their wounds or put pressure on them other wise they will bleed to death. As of now there are 4 random healing methods that can spawn when wounded; a bottle of disinfectant, a pair of pliers, a roll of duck tap, or a cigar and match. The player will have to use their own movements to heal their wounds with these items. - replaced the none enterable buildings with highly optimized versions for better performance. - and many many bug patches!
