I've been getting a lot of comments about how the swinging rope feels loose, so I decided to tighten the rope a little bit by making it slightly shorter than it currently spawns. Hopefully this will make the rope act closer to player intention. However, this may also result in slightly bouncier behavior, so this change is not set in stone.
