* To avoid losing too many supplies, the explorer will now automatically become a bearer if packmounts are being led and the last remaining bearer dies as the result of a disaster, becomes ill or is dismissed. * The explorer automatically becomes a bearer if escaping native capture. Any askaris who have escaped with the explorer will not abandon him. * The number of rations able to be carried while escaping from natives has been increased by 1 to take advantage of the fact that the explorer's musket does not count towards the portage cost. * Ride mounts now take whatever supplies they are carrying with them, when the rider is discharged.
