Add game speed x1, x1.5, and x2 buttons. Add sound effect for setting rally point. Add unique sound effect for growth upgrade. Fix skirmish map generate when shape: cluster, symmetry: none, and more common on smaller graphs & more ai. Fix skirmish map settings allowing min links greater than max links. Fix/remove fps from loading screen. Probably improved performance a small amount.
