Final patch before Case 6 launch — Paper Perjury Steam update #1127393

In this patch, we are doing a few updates before launching Case 6 later this month. We also have plans for a public playtesting of case 6 for anyone who wants to play the whole of case 6 before the official launch later this month.Justina, Owen, and Ernest:Their character sprites have been updated to have a pure black outline. Before, Justina's art would have an outline with #141013 as the color and Ernest would have #250d1d. Now it's pure black to keep it in line with every other character. Going forward, every character will be intended to have a black outline to keep the art style consistent.The only character without a black outline is Ferris Eubank. This was partly left unchanged because she has too many frames of animation to update in a reasonable amount of time.
