Code cleanup and minor bug fixes in preparation of DLC — Reveal Your Monster Steam update #1136913

Despite being a rather simple casual game, no game is ever developed bug-free. In order to prepare for our DLC we fixed them. See the changes below. The DLC will give players with certain bluetooth enabled massage devices the opportunity to not only play the game, but to "experience" it.
