Bonus New Part For Contraption Maker (build 1.3.6.13) — Contraption Maker Steam update #1141390

So I've been working on our new game Puzzle Poker the last few days. And it occurred to me that I could make a ball type part from the poker chips. Nothing super fancy, but the smaller size can be useful in building contraptions. So.... see below about the new Poker Chip part... Oh, yeah, also added the rotate gizmo to the Gold Lift Balloon. Puzzle Poker Puzzle Poker is a fairly casual game that is very close to being done. I've been doing work on it between working on updates to Contraption Maker. Polishing stuff and tweaking game-play. Planning to get it out the door the first half of November. It'd help if you'd follow it just to check it out when it ships.
