Update 1.31 Resolution support! — Zavix Tower Steam update #1144595

Hey Everyone, Most of what is in this patch is the resolution support. It has been a long time coming, and I probably should have done this sooner, but its there now... I have tried to test it a bunch, but there are sooo many resolutions to test now. If you guys see things that are out of wack let me know and I will work to get them fixed. Notes: - 4x3, 16x10, and 3x2 support. (I added everything on the steam hardware survey that is 1900x1200 and below... If you needs something lower than that added please let me know...) - Most death sounds are now seperated. - Some more variation in the talent icons has been added. - Scaled up the font in the unit tooltip by 15%, this should make it easier to read on small screens. - Scaled up the font in the item tooltip by 15%, this should make it easier to read on small screens. - There is now a message when you dont have an internet connection rath...
