Added dead zone for gamepads in settings. Added option to remove damage numbers in settings. Added option to change cursor color in settings. Added auto shoot toggle with aim artifact (hold shoot to toggle). Added so that selected artifacts now persist after your run. Replaced Rate of Fire with AOE Radius multiplier in inventory.
