These are earned through cumulative work, so the more themed issues you publish, the greater the chance of winning one of these. Revisited Historic Events These are being revamped and rewritten. The first 2 years of the game are being done first, and these are already added in this patch (1998-1999). Historic events are non-random events, based on actual things that happened on that date. Some will ask you to take a stand or make a decision, others have a general effect. A historic event is triggered at least every other in-game month.
