Version 0.4.6 minor Riku Update fixes — GladiEATers Steam update #1165446

Fixed issue where Riku's Story Achievement wasn't being awarded. For those of you who have completed the story but not gotten the achievement, it is granted on launch. (: Fixed issue where Riku & Loga occasionally got stage fright and stopped cutting after their first cut on controller. Fixed Vanilla Cupcake combat softlock. Fixed a few Pain Au Chocolat related softlocks. Improved controller functionality for Riku related menus. Implemented fix for missing dialogue in Brazilian Portuguese that may have led to knock on issues. Fixed minor missing text in Eggie's story comic in Korean.
