12/31 update patch — Annihilation Plan Steam update #1204156

What's in this patch: 1. Remove Yellow Sand Weather 2. Fixed the problem that the dungeon client and the server map were out of sync when online 3. Fixed the issue that the client could not remove the facehug through melee attack normally when online 4. Reduced the difficulty of solving puzzles on the Backrooms map 5. Adjust the explosion rate of enemy crystal nuclei 6. Reduced the damage of friendly bazookas and grenades 7. Fixed the problem that the client was not working properly when submitting task items when online 8. Added unlimited upgrades to weapons 9. Adjust the different upgrade attributes of each weapon to balance the weapon values 10. Fixed the dungeon map error when the client was online
