Torpedoes torpedo rotation dampening & angular acceleration increased 50%, scaling adjusted to be less varied across sizes. torpedo homing angles adjusted, small torpedoes need a 75-degree cone with large torpedoes having a 44-degree cone. torpedo braking forces lowered to 25% of thrust, brake ramp-down speed increased and ramp-up speed slightly decreased. torpedo detonation distance adjusted to 50m / 100m / 150m for small / medium / large respectively. torpedo damage scaling halved, small torpedo damage is conserved. torpedo base heat increased 200% as a cost of homing ability. Enemies enemy hitpoint scaling reduced 50%.
