-Fix for countdown timer not pausing when game is paused. -Possible fix for some things not being deleted on level restart/death. -Possible fix for gem counting on account of the above. As far as I can tell the above 2 are fixed, but recreating them isn't easy. There is also a very small chance that the fix may cause a lockup, although carefully working through the logic this won't happen and it hasn't happened in testing, but I will keep an eye on it.
