2 Player mode! & Latency test branch. — Electro Bop Boxing League Steam update #1231508

After several long days of mental gymnastics I figured out how to support a local 2 player VS mode! The versus mode is accessible from the battle menu. Player 2 won't have access to mouse inputs, meaning they will need to play on a controller. The controller must be assigned to player 2 in the settings > controls menu. Robot parts, abilities and which arena the battle takes place are reflective of your career progress when playing a versus match. (not applicable in the demo) Versus mode has a handicap value that will modify the damage output of your regular punches. It's intended to accommodate players of differing skill levels. If you encounter any Versus bugs please let me know.
