Updated Main Menu and created a new song tune — Rogue Randy Steam update #12323

I made a guitar loop and slapped some reverb on it. I want to get some sort of percussion element added in to make it sound more accomplished later down the road. The main menu screen animations don't actually look distorted now and on top of that, I created an entirely new sprite sheet to help deliver a hint at the dialogue/storyline that is implemented in the game.
