SIMPLE REROLLS & SKILL REWORKS — Skillshot City Steam update #123643

Heyooo This patch makes rerolling simpler. It is now free to reroll instead of costing $1000. It felt kinda bad to spend $1000 and then sometimes see 2 options that were even worse. Now it's free to reroll. To compensate, you get 1 reroll instead of 2. Random skills mode gets 2 rerolls. Also there is a subtle "anti third partying" mechanic now. Shield pickups now instantly restore 20% of your health, so if you get a kill and grab the shield you're less likely to die after winning your fight. Finally, some skills got reworked. Regeneration's mutation now restores your shield during combat. Clip Magnet's mutation now gives you extra bullet range and seeking when standing inside chemicals. Proximity Rounds mutation now also gives you extra charges when near XP Pools.
