Add some hints and features — Fraudster Steam update #1241408

We have received feedback from players that the previous version did not provide clear criteria for the success or failure of frauds and the rewards for mini-games. In this version, we have added such prompts, which will be displayed when players choose a victim for the first time. We also received feedback that some minigame prompts became redundant after the rules were clear. We have updated this, and the rule prompts in some minigames will now only appear during the first time playing those mini-games. Additionally, based on feedback from players who have finished the game and want to collect all achievements, we have added the "Enable Skip" feature.
