0.8.2 Release : Hot-patch 1 — After the Collapse Steam update #127175

Here is the first and obligatory patch to the 0.8.2 update ːsteamhappyː It's fixing a problem in the Scorched Earth scenario. Due to an oversight on my part, the mutagen associated with said scenario was tagged in a way that made it invisible to the pharmacy. This is now fixed (pre-patch mutagens will work too). As usual, expect a few more small patches in the same spirit while I am working on the next major update. Cheers!
