Ash of Legends now supports Valve Index! — Ash of Legends Steam update #1272577

Grappling to zip line causes flat-looking hook. Index right build button was not working. Index default jump "button" is now touchpad press. Thumbstick click also works. Index default grip style is now "Squeeze", not "Toggle". Index grip sensitivity too low. Made it harder to squeeze. You can now hold objects with grip or trigger, formerly was just trigger. You can now throw the saber immersively with both grip and trigger. For safety reasons, do this only if you have Index controllers. Saber can now only go into hip holsters to avoid confusion.
