Update to Version 0.1571 — The Political Process Steam update #1280547

The game has been updated to version 0.1571. Fixes - Fixed an issue where the wrong candidate could become president when using popular vote to determine the winner. Before the fix, the winner was decided based on which candidate had the most votes in the last state to count votes, rather than the candidate with the most votes nationally. - Fixed an issue where the senate election results page would show too many senators in the New Senate section (occurred when the game was started using a custom year). - Fixed an issue where the senate history (under the office/districts tab) would not update to include any senator who replaces the president or vice president (if they leave their senate seat before the end of their term). - The history of the initial president now shows the state in which the president held various political positions.
