FeedBack Update^^~ — GwenBlade Steam update #1283820

Big shotout to Ian Mitchell from GwenBlade's discord server. Most of the changes were done because of his incredible feedback^^~ Thank you so much Ian! Fixes Weapon substats are reworked! Substats are Speed, Radius, CritChance and CritRate and previously they were set randomly. This means that when you getting new weapon it can have lower substat and because of that useless. Although rough Damage would always higher Now it's remade and new system always make 2 substat better and 2 substat worse. Knife are fixed and give bonus +10% to your attack (so 5 knifes is +50%) Execution now work at greater radius and if you see F on enemy you will definetely execute him bug with roguelike mode that will boot you the menu after 12th floor is fixed. For those who don't know after 12th floor there is new biome I'm planning to retexture some enemies to make thier looks more distinct, but for now i jus...
