Adds a "Borderless Full Screen" option to the Graphics Settings. Adds a "Restore Defaults" button to the Difficulty Settings, and makes it so altered settings are highlighted. Makes it so the game continues to load even if you switch focus to another window. Changes the negative effect of the first Upgrade Contract. Includes minor gameplay improvements to various rooms.
