Update notes for Patch 0.9.7 — The Monarch Steam update #1298781

Hello everyone! Thank you for playing The Monarch! Here's the patch notes for v0.9.7: Fixed a bug where military units could sometimes go beyond the wall. Fixed a bug where enemy units could sometimes hit outside of their attack radius. Enemy units were sometimes getting stuck in combat. This is fixed. Some bugs related to save system got fixed. Some localization bugs fixed. Fixed a bug where your experience gems could go outside the collision zones.
