Some player reported crashes after events related with Steam achievements. I can't reproduce the error on my system, so I pass to some fellow testers, however nobody could reproduce the error. So after testing, I'm sure the crash must be related to .NET installation so I added .NET and C++ to common retribution. * Add .NET to Steam common retribution. * Add Visual C++ to Steam common retribution.
