This takes basically everything into account about everything in the whole game. I've also put together an approximate rarity listing to give you an idea on how often you'll be likely to find something. This of course factors in if an item can be stolen from an enemy, getting an item altered by a statue effect, available in shops, etc etc. What's really cool though is you can sort this thing and see what gear is optimal for the best overall Magic Defense or Evade %, and all of that stuff.
