Changes Added FSR3 support and options. Fixed client players being unable to fire after self-reviving near an enemy. Fix the level/difficulty info text on the HUD disappearing in the lobby level whenever a new player joins the game. Fixed the stimpack bug where the players cannot use the stimpack when they equip it.
