Small Patch v20240417 — Contain Steam update #1310547

Fixes Fixed datapad being activated twice in a row. Fixed HUD key tips breaking on some occasions after rebinding. Also, yesterday's patch had an issue that caused the spawn of some of the Anomaly Soldiers in front of the players in the Echo Surge mission. We fixed that issue. Changes The primary weapon's stock is no longer visible while unequipped. (Community Request) Weapon selection will now scroll to your currently selected weapon. (Community Request) Players can no longer use the Datapad while aiming. Removed pause menu key from rebind menu. Now, if the player has more than the maximum amount of stimpacks, both vest and belt attachments will be reset.
