Added Time Trials! — Ludwig! Steam update #1312948

Heya! This update includes a new time trial mode that you can play by picking up the hour glass at the start of every level! In addition to that, I've added "world maps" to the game, as a way to add new levels without effecting the existing campaign. So stay tuned! You may see some more levels for Ludwig to face down the road :) Added time trials. Added world map. Added campaign screen (your old saved progress should carry over, let me know if you have issues!) Added new art and one new track (beat the time trials to hear it!) Game now pawses if gamepad is disconnected. Fixed campfire reviving.
