Hotfix 40 - 0.7.0.2 — Sketchy's Contract Steam update #1323422

Update Players that are teleported back to the ship from Sketchy’s Belt or in Orbit whenever another player pilots the ship will not lose their items anymore. Updated the visual design of the Black-Market Vendor area off Port Sahariss. It is now a small archeological-themed spot that is consistent with the map theme and makes it easier to find. Updated the Black-Market Vendor area on Sketchy Wonderland and Port Aeriss to make it easier to find. XP gained on T1 has been increased to ensure new players gain a certain amount of levels before reaching the starting eligibility to sign Tier 2. FIXES Fixed an issue where Player Pets would not spawn into the Apartment correctly on login. Fixed an issue that could cause Jelloti in a Jar and some corpses to be uninteractable on login.
